no customer service, lack of everything

i received an sms from telkom stating my account will be suspended if i do not make a payment of R60.94 i made payement of R200 on the same day and then they still suspended my account. went to 4 different telkom stores as well as called the call center of 4 occasion and the only response i got was nothing. how can such a huge company have no way of you sending proof of payment to uplift a suspension. the funny thing is that when i called the call center the managers where always in a meeting.

your company is ridiculous and i will be cancelling my service as a result of this. if anyone reads this review let us not support companies like this. they are quick to take our money and they offer us no real service.
