No customer service just useless

I ordered a product online on the last day the special was available. I got a confirmation email as well as an sms saying they would contact me within 48 hrs. A week later no contact nothing. Phone them they say because ordered online must deal with query online but online say must ph 10213 who cant help me. Just useless rediculous service give me email addresses that do not work and no one helps just revert me to another department who revert me back to the same department again.
