No Customer Service from Telkom

I have been trying to cancel my contract since February 2018 and to date still no success. I have already started a new contract and am now paying 2 contracts. I am at my wits end with trying to cancel the old one. No response to any of the dozen e-mails I have sent and the stores just tell me to contact cancellations department. They send me from one call centre to the next and still no assistance or cancellation! Now the e-mails are bouncing back undelivered as "Address no found"
