No customer service

Telkom has the most affordable data contracts and offers alot of data, however, the have the worst customer service ever that you would end up rather paying the higher contracts than them. They are adding fees on my billing that I wasn't told about and it been more than 20 days since I queried and they keep on saying we will get back to you we will get back to you. They then debited the fee that I'm disputing while they said they are still investigating. The worst ever. And I'm hurt because my friends warned me about their worst customer service especially when you have a problem and I said I only need data I won't need much but here I am.
