No Customer Service

No customer service at all! When they want you to take out a contract they phone you about 5 times a day, but when you want to cancel they seem to have lost your number... I have logged my query 2 weeks ago, with several attempts to now, for cancelation. To this day I have not been contacted as the notifications said I would be. This is absolutely unacceptable.
