No Customer service / Call backs

<p>I have been trying to talk to the customer care centre since last week Wednesday. I have filled in about 10 call me backs. I am an existing customer just trying to get information on my account as i wanted to upgrade (pay you more money) and you can't even help me no wonder you won't recieve new clients. I will now be trying to contact you again this time to cancell my service and move to another service provider.</p>
