NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TELKOM

I am now fully convinced now more than ever that Telkom is not concerned about customer care, they obviously have enough happy customers to keep their business afloat and care less about any complaints. I've tried calling their customer care no help there, emailed a manager still no help there, went to social media and nothing there either. So here I am, but seeing that there's been no responses to almost all the Telkom complaints I wouldn't be surprised if this was not attended to.
