No customer service at all!!!!

Telkom cut off all my lines I have with them because of a credit limit that I didn’t know off?!!! I don’t get why this wasn’t communicated with me??!! And then they cut it in the middle of the month?! Why not cut it if my debit order fails?! Where’s the customer service here???!!! I’m super disappointed with this!!!!
