No customer service at all!!!

No customer service. So unfortunate that one has to sit through the automated voice response, waiting for a real human voice interaction, and getting nothing but your airtime chowed at the end. Have not even received any response on my email sent to them. So disappointing to think they would have some of the basics covered.
