No Customer service @ ALL!!!!!
Telkom Nicol Way lacks customer service in the WORST way! I took out a cell phone contract end of January and the charger didn't work. I returned it to them and they took 4 weeks to Come back to me. The charger they have back STILL doesn't work. Who had time for this can I just get a new charger that freaking WORKS!!!! Such a waste of time to have to deal with clowns who ask stupid questions like "why do you say the charger doesn't work?"
