No customer service and theft

<p>Telkom sold me a 100 gig package and advised me it would cost R999 I received the bill of R 1707.00 I logged a query and received a case number and a day later received a message it is resolved and need to call in. Only to be advised I am liable and must accept the fact they ****** me </p>
