No customer service and support. No way to resolve problems

Reported a fault on the 16th August 2017. Was told a technician would be dispatched. Today still waiting. Call center is really a waste of time, i have phoned several times to no avail. They cant provide any feedback or arrange resolution of fault. Looks like the only way to resolve faults is to complain using this site
