no customer service

I have apply for a wi-fi contract at telkom . They were very fast to install but that is were everything stopped. The so called technicians are not very friendly or helpful. They register a fault report and with out do anything to the report they closed it again. Know i can anderstand why telkom have problems . If i can help get people knowing how wi fi is working and then learn them how to work with customers because with out customers you can close your doors thank you
