No customer service

They phoned me, giving me a 20gb data package 10 gb night 10gb day data, first waited for a month fir delivery now i see they only give me 10 gb 5 night 5gb day. I have been trying to get a hold of you for 2 days ti get the correct data package Today the router keeps on dropping the data, 5 days with telkom and regretting doing business with you
