no customer service

<p>i went to the Telkom Maponya mall 2 weeks back to get a laptop contract, however i could not get the laptop because they did not have the window. how i do not understand, the lady by the name of dorothy advised she will call me as soon as i have it i left all the necessary documentation with her to call me. i lost my phone during the week, then i called them to tell them that i lost my phone and gave them all the alternative contact details. did they come back to me NO! then i went back to the shop on sunday the 5th looking for the lady(Dorothy) who took my documents and details and she was not there and the no one who was there could help me, i then left my contact details with the other lady to get (Dorothy) to give me a call back on monday. was i called? NO i am still waiting.</p>
