Bad service from consultant in the billin department argues with the client and says other consultant gives wrong information yet nt willing to assist ....nomsa rude

09 Oct 2020, 01:09Telkom consultants renew contracts for clients without our consent and the answer consultant gives is if contract ends you are put on a month to month contract by whos consent what does the fais law says .... im taking the matter to ombuds clearly they dont respect the fsps licence and dont act in best interest of client .... ******
