No customer service

I was offered an upgrade by Telkom Mobile with a device. I agreed to the upgrade burt on checking device specs I changed my mind. Attempting to cancell upgrade I Called 081183 , referred me to 10213, referred me to 081183, referred me to 10213. No consultant could cancel upgrade . So when device is deliverde I will not accept, with no cocequences to me.
