No customer service

Servoce at telkom shops in wonder park mall SUCKS!!!! walked into the 1st shop was tilf I cant buy airtime coz they don't have change and at the second outlet have to wait more than 30 minutes because all agents are "busy" one is busy having small talk with a "customer" and when they finally ready to addidt me I was told to move to another till and wait there because the till I am standing at doesn't sell airtime
