No customer service

I am trying to get in contact with telkom for 3months now... every time I have to drive all the way to Cape Gate to just get the answer that they log a call and then Telkom customer care will contact me. Again today and no one called yet until now. The in-store agents are also not giving me a contact number. They are only available when you want a product or new contract. I normally don't complain, but I need customer service.
