No customer service

A complaint was raised with Telkom that my 82yr old Mothers house line was broken and that we needed it urgently repaired as this is the way we can check up on her. Too date 6 days later we are still waiting for somebody to do something. There call center has no managers available EVER. They refuse to give you the technicians dept number because that is where they say its been sitting and they have told them its urgent but Telkom JUST DONT GIVE A HOOT. I cannot wait for the competition to come in and get rid of TELKOM for good.<br> The one thing I can garentee is that they will not respond to this
