No customer satisfaction

Terrible service. Bought a phone from telkom. Was not informed about the voucher for the claiming of the accessories. Called telkom, Celcom and Samsung with no assistance. The only thing they tell me is that the promotion finished on the 6th October, whereas I have been trying to communicate with them from middle of September! Disgusting service!
