No customer interaction! Can't get any help

It is impossible to get a hold of a consultant to speak to. Their sales consultants are constantly callimg but when you need to get in touch with them, they refer to self service portals where it is not helpful at all. I just have a billing query but the app is useless and can't get through to anyone. Worst company to deal with!
