NO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK OR SUPPORT

Keep on getting calls re a outstanding contract that came to end in June and after supplying them with proof of payments etc not getting any feedback on the issue. Eventually managed to speak to a consultant Jennifer Thwala who also never came back to me after I supp**** her with my proof of payments. They have also handed me over to a company called NuDebt who also does not reply to emails :-( How am I suppose to sort this issue??????? when no one is prepared to assist me?????
