No customer delivery at all

Please help with assist me in getting a refund back from telkom and capitec bank, on the 5th of May 2020 I bought R150 airtime via my cellphone banking and till today I haven’t received after calling each one of them several times and none has given me a solution nor solved my problem I honestly feel ****** by both companies
