No customer consideration...

So I discover Telkom attempted to deduct my monthly premium a day before the scheduled debit order date cause they figured my salary will be available earlier because of the weekend Itumeleng Sekhele...biling agent says, as there was no funds in my account I'm left with paying an additional R115 in bank fees. I received no prior warning from Telkom but again the 15th of July they again attempt to deduct my premium... another R115 in bank charges. Just do as they pleas no customer consideration...it not like they paying for it hey!

Best regards,
I must note, yesterday again after 4.30 I called Telkom again to speak to the Team leader of Itumeng Sekhele, who I may add gave me such bad service and ****pie attitude, a message was left for Granny…no surname as the agent on the line said he just know her as Granny? It is now 10.24 and Granny as the Teamleader has not yet returned my call?
