No customer care i will never use telkom again

I was ****** with my cell phone now telkom refuses to block the phone. Insurance will not pay because of this they refuse to assist me further.And the are extremely rude to customers. At trade route mall they where very unfriendly and asked me to call why should i call when im in the store and then when calling absolutely no assistance.They treat prepaid customers different to contact customers.
