NO CUSTOMER CARE ETTIQUETTE!!
I recently app**** online for a cellphone contract, after the pathetic service I got from 1 of the customer care agents when I enquired on how to apply online, they don't reply to the chat service offered on their website, and neither did any of their agents call me back after I sent 3 call me requests!! I still didn't get any feedback on my application. I am very disappointed by the service I've been receiving. I don't have a bad credit record, I have a permanent job aswell.
