no customer care at this store

can some body please he,i visited the store on numerus occasion trying the get additional contrated,but all the staff working in here have no idea how to deal with customers,last week on tuesday i went to apply having all relevent documentation ,the tall guy with dreadlock was busy caputuring some manual he made me wait for more an hour ,i end up living All the documents and ask if he can call back and update me ,two DAYS past without any news ,i went back again thetall was doing the same thing caputuring man,another one come after an hour ,again no help .i left the doc again last week thursday no body phoned to uptade me ,so went back again ,and they told me my documents are lost ,so what hell is going on with supplier ,this is the most perthitic service i have never seen ,please hire people who know what customer is ,this is nonses service i dont wish to go there anymore
