No cust service

I recently had to apply for fiber due to load shedding, I am a lifelong cust of Telkom but due to a no contract with Vumatel I had to choose another provider. I went with Home-connect but little did I know that there is a P*&^%$g war between them on outgoing email rights. Now to try and solve this I get tossed from Telkom who tells me that they are only obligated to make sure I receive mails the rest is Home-connect's problem. Home-connect says get another email address as we do not deal with Telkom. What Happened to cust service, we as cust is paying the price for *********** service from both sides. I have to make this now work they are getting paid so who cares if I get what I signed up for.
