No Cuctomer Service or Whatsoever

I have a contract with Telkom. I've been trying to change the debit order date since last year. I have made numerous calls, most of them go unanswered. I have even been to Telkom shops in Stanger and Ballito more than five times. They are both useless.

You take a contract from the shop and the next thing they can't help you, they tell you to call their contact centre. I even asked them at the shop to make a call on my behalf. They were certain that the matter had been resolved. It still hasn't.

I cannot wait for this contract to term to end so I can cancel it. The poor connectivity, that I can tolerate but lack of customer care is a big NO NO.
