No coverage No Customer Service Telkom Absolutely Sucks

Absolute worst service from Telkom Ive been battling to get any service from telkom customer care i contacted Nomusa Khumalo ref;*** with my issue of coverage when i went into store the area required was covered as per my contract. She could not assist and i was told the matter was handed over to team leader Paul Maputo he did not contact me i then called again on the 22/07/21 spoke to a Sandy Zungu she sent a email to Paul Maphuto again still no response i then called on the 23/07/21spoke to Zinhle Mbili the case was also referred to her team leader Sihle Mlambo also no response on the 28/07/2021 i spoke to Adrian Viljoen rel;***9 as informed by him the was a network issue in kzn area and the contract should be cancelled or refunded for no services. Matter was escalated to team leaded Thenjiswa Mbasa also no response. Due to the current working from home i require the services and telkom has not made it pleasant a major telecommunications company should at least respond to my many calls Can someone please assist
