No Correspondence Received as Mentioned

After applying for a package and waiting for the vetting process that was supposed to take 48 Hours, I had phoned 5 days later to follow up. My request was then added manually and I was told that I would receive correspondence with the following 24 hours. It has now been 2 weeks since I have waited and after trying to follow up, their service is down and I am unable to reach anyone. My experience has been extremely poor and unprofessional. After proving that I am a customer willing to purchase one of their packages and not being responded to, I am not to keen on using this service provider again.
