No Contract on system for January DEAL

In December 2017 - i registered on R 599.00 uncapped deal on line which took almost 2 weeks for the call centre to get back to us to finalise the sale. Once i received the call , i was told that all is good and an sms will follow. The sms state that i need to make a payment of R 700 to proceed with the installation - No banking details provided and did not understand what the R 700.00 is for as the lady did not explain - and no payment was made from us. january we received a call that moderm needs to be delivered - incorrect address, surname and Cell number was on the delivery pack. The delivery was incorrectly made to an old address (12/01/2018) - which we tried to sort out with the delivery guy to come to the correct address. he advised that delivery will be done on Saturday (13/01/2018) - No delivery came on Saturday. Delivery was made on 15/01/2018. On 16/01/2018 - got an sms that the order has been cancelled and that the moderm will be collected. We then called the call centre - spoke to SILINDILE - She explained why we needed to pay the R 700.00 first - which was understandable - she further advised that yes, our order was cancelled - which means that we need to apply again - and now we can apply and get the January deal - she said since we have the moderm - she can apply/ activate on her side so that we receive the other 2 items only (not moderm as we already have it). She further stated that we will receive an sms with banking details to pay the R700.00 within 7 days. NO SMS was received. Called the call centre again on 17/01/2018 - Spoke to Nobesuthu - asked her to check on system if there was any order loaded as we did not receive any sms. She advised that no order is loaded on system and the January deal of 5000 customers has been reached. from the get go - this has been the worse service ever. i need someone to listen to the call with Silindile (16/01/2018- she advised that she will put the order through for the January deal and thats all i want. i didn't bother to do the order on line as she advised that she will do it on her side and now she didn't. Further more - Nobesuthu said there is no notes on system about our conversation, i mean really - what a waste of time.
