No contract information received

I got a month to month contract with Telkom and they have not deducted any payments since April month end. I had to call them to find out was the problem because we are on the 2nd month end and still only to find out that I am I’m arrears because of them being *********** at doing their job. Even worse they’re customer service bad I haven’t received any assistance
