No contract but debit check is running

I app**** for a cell phone contract and it was rightfully declined because of my low credit score-

But to my surprise they run a debit check I have not authorized on my cheque account...I never spoke to anybody...the application was online and the decline was online but the debit check was loaded

Who authorized it...my clone!!!?
