No contact just letter of demand

Well guess what Telkom contacted me stating that they will refund me but after that nothing, then i receive a letter of demand from them but still they have not contacted me telling me how much i should pay. I tried calling them but no answer holding on for over 30minutes, even tried the number on the letter but that rings 3 times and disconnects.<br> <br> Please could someone call me my number is *** and tell me what i should pay please.<br> <br> i have no issue paying but just give me the amount don't send letters demanding money when no one contacted me telling me how much i must pay.
