No contact from Telkom upgrades department

On Friday 29/01/2021 I went onto your website to upgrade 2 of my mobile contracts as my local telkom shop did not have stock. I recieved an sms saying that the upgrades has been approved and that an consultant will be in contact with me to finalize the upgrades. I have not recieved a call since then. Can anyone please assist me in upgrading my contracts?
