NO CONTACT FROM TELKOM REGARDING CANCELLATION

I went into store early December to give notice to cancel my contract .I was told that someone would contact me and I have been given a case no .<br> Nobody has contacted me .I have sent several emails and still no contact . <br> I don't know if it has been cancelled or not . <br> <br> Should the debit order go off , I warn Telkom that I will have it reversed by my bank .
