No contact from Telkom for weeks now

<p>Telkom promises a speedy line install but gave me 34 days to wait instead, when you try and get answers you just get ignore and promised to be call back by there so called fulfillment teams but that doesn't happen , nothing is happening they are just there to take your money with no support at all ?</p>
