No contact from Telkom
I'm trying to get a Telkom pole in my property moved back as it is in the way of our new building plans. The building cannot go ahead until the telkom pole has been moved back.
I called Telkom to log the problem in August. Unfortunately I didn't ask for a reference number for that call. Nothing happened so I called again on the 16th of September and Spoke to Peter, ref no 916243. Nothing happened so I called again on the 6th of October, ref no 916266.
Each time the agent says we should expect a call from the technicians to schedule and time for them to come and move the pole. So far I have had no contact from Telkom. We are getting desperate as we want to start our building and hope to complete before the end of the year.
