No contact details. no one will call back. i can't deal with ***** at Telkom anymore.

I have been trying to get Telkom to cancel two contracts with them since 2019. I have emails showing their debt collectors sent them information showing i am no longer a client and they said they would revert. No one has reverted since 2019. The 081180 number doesn't exist, according to the voice on the line when i try to call, and no one will give me an address to send proof of my cancellation. The numbers for the contracts in question have been forwarded to another number that is not mine. I also get different amounts debited and i'm not always debited. This is clearly *****, but no one will take it seriously.
