NO CONTACT! CANCELLATION! LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I cancelled 22/07 it says that someone will contact me within 7 days! it's been more than 2 weeks. I am aware of the cancellation fee, and the final bill. I need my number released to prepaid IMMEDIATELY, so that I can make use of it!

I have facebook messaged, facebook posted, and no response! this is unacceptable. I want my number released immediately!
