Telkom makes it extremely hard to get in touch with anyone. I have called all numbers that I have searched for online, and they either ring on end, don't exist, or the automated voice tells you everything you do not need to hear! I even tried to the WhatsApp chat, but they want you to give an Agent name to make contact with you. How are you supposed to know anyone's names when you are struggling to make contact? I even then tried calling N1 City, Cape Town and Cape Gate branches to ask if they can supply me with a number but all these stores also just ring with now answer!

They are really quick to get in touch with you when wanting to take out a contract, but customer service skills thereafter its non existent!
