NO CONTACT AS USUAL

I reported my issue last week, got a reference number and Joshua telling me that I will be contacted as he has logged a case with Cancelations and still I have NOT been contacted!!!<br> <br> Is this simply a way of responding so that the public can see that you are \apparently"working on the problem because it is nonsense.
