No contact and very little service

<p>I have app**** for an uncapped line a deal last year in the beginning of December. Unfortunately it has not been installed yet. I have been to the Telkom in rustenburg constantly to find out what is happening and I have had very good service at the Telkom but no service else where. No one has contacted me to set up the lines and the router. The consultants in Telkom keep giving me New dates of when I will be called but no one ever does and no one let's me know that they will reschedule and I have to go find out by my self. I have wasted a lot of my time waiting in Telkom and a lot of petrol going back and forth. I don't wish to cancel but I would like to know what is happening and when this will be installed.</p> <p> </p>
