No Consent Debit and Bad service

I had a very bad experience to Telkom consultant and Telkom itself as I’m noting this down I have been debited by Telkom without my consent when I called they said I have a data contract to my knowledge the only contract I had was a cellphone contract that came to an end in April this I’m not even using a Telkom SIM card on my phone the contract sim is still sealed even today I called and asked for cancellation and refund but the consultant dropped the phone on my ear what has this world come to do we need sales that bad that we need to **** people I even told the consultant I tried cancelling on the app but I couldn’t do it today I get non stop smss from Telkom saying I’m being summoned to pay instalments that are long paid can I please have my refunds and clear my name
