No connection on wifi router for almost a week

Logged a call on Saturday 5th for my wifi router as we are unable to use it as it says no internet connection. i explained to the consultant who did not have an idea what to do and said a technician will call me back - its Tuesday night already, no call, no sms, no ***** - this depressing for such a big company to act like this.

Called back again on Monday 7th January - where a consultant said no one was assigned on my case yet - this is the worst services ever, my child is using this wifi for school purposes but due to telkom incompetence we can't perform our duties, now i see why people choose Rain to avoid such - I do not see the need of your contract if you are unable to assist your customers.
