No Connection No Service

I am very unhappy!! I moved to Telkom from Vodacom, thinking I made a better move, just to discover that Telkom is the worse mobile network in the world. I can't connect on the internet and if I do, it is very slow and nothing refreshes. I can't receive phone calls as my phone seems to appear \off\" and when I do receive phone calls, it cuts me off in the middle of my call. <br> When I transfered to Telkom, the branches in Clearwater and Westgate had no stock in phones, they only had one phone and that was the Samsung S6. Now that my friend wanted to upgrade once again Clearwater, Westgate and Keywest branches didn't have stock and after we finally got a phone at Keywest, Clearwater still haven't phoned us after more than 2 weeks.<br> A thing no one told me when I got my contract is that I have to pay extra to use sms services while other networks you use your airtime if you don't have sms's. Now I have to go in to Telkom, stand in long lines, because there's only two people working, to go buy me sms's and pay extra. <br> I am sick and tired of the bad service and stupid logic of Telkom, and I only opened a contract August 2015.<br> I will be contacting Cell C to buy me out of this ****ty contract."
