NO CONNECTION

Since my upgrade on my fiber line this month offered by TELKOM i have had MORE PROBLEMS than ever before - no connection on a daily basis i have been contacting Telkom an a regular basis, they repair the problem and later the day there is the same issue. I should rather have stayed on the slower download speed than before.
