No Connection!

i have been experiencing problems with my mobile rooter for 2 weeks now and nothing has changed, i have phoned after holding forever on the line and nothing has been resolved, i have been loosing all the data that i am paying for every month. this is just pathetic why should i pay for data i don't get????
